Q: How long does it take to process orders?

A: All orders are handmade with care and typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Domestic orders ship via USPS and usually arrive within 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout. International shipping may take 7–21 business days, depending on location.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?

A: Yes. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: DiamondDCollections is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Return & Exchange FAQ

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?

A: Yes! We want you to love your purchase. If your order is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
